Advice Services Manager

 

Hours: 20 hours per week

 

Salary: £23,960 per annum pro rata plus pension

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our committed team. You will take responsibility for managing a quality advice service from our Romsey office ensuring the smooth running of advice sessions, whilst providing technical advice, supervision and support to staff and volunteers. You will be responsible to the Operations Manager for the effective management of the service.

 

Recent and ongoing experience in CAB work is desirable, as well as

  • excellent communication skills
  • inter-personal skills
  • management experience
  • a team player

Part-time Adviser/Mentor

 

Hours :16 Hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

 

Salary : £19,500 FTE - £8,320 Actual + Pension Scheme

 

 

Citizens Advice Gosport has a vacancy for an experienced Adviser to provide additional support to the advisory team and to act as Mentor to support the learning and development of trainees.

 

We are a small but busy local office preparing for the expected increase in footfall due to benefit reforms and to support new and exciting projects.

This is a part time role of 16 hours per week working 9 am to 1 pm on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. You will be working in our office situated in the heart of Gosport town centre. We are within walking distance of the Gosport/Portsmouth Ferry and main bus routes.

 

This is a fixed term contract of 12 months commencing January 2018.
