Crisis and Resilience Fund

The Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) is a UK government funding scheme running from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029 to support low-income households facing financial crises.

The CRF will provide needs-based support with essentials such as food, energy, housing costs and essential transport related costs as well as money and budgeting advice to help people manage their finances and avoid future problems.

Hampshire County Council is working in partnership with Citizens Advice to deliver an interim scheme to enable individuals, if eligible, to be able to access support. A longer-term scheme will be available from later this year.
