We help people find a way forward, giving advice to millions and part of a network of independent charities.  We offer confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free.

When we say we’re for everyone, we mean it. People rely on us because we’re independent and totally impartial.

Witness Support

Giving evidence as a witness can be daunting and the court process can be complicated and difficult to understand.

The Citizens Advice Witness Service provides free and independent support for both prosecution and defence witnesses in every criminal court in England and Wales.
