Macmillan Surrey

The Macmillan Welfare Benefits Service, delivered by Citizens Advice locally is transitioning to a new, regionally coordinated model. As part of this transition, there will be a temporary pause in new referrals from 1 May to allow systems and teams to move safely into the new service. This ensures people affected by cancer can access support through clear pathways and a consistent triage process from day one of the new model.

Anyone already receiving support will continue as planned

During the pause, the Macmillan Support Line may be able to help and support people affected by cancer.
They can be contacted on 0808 808 0000.

What is changing
